At Aloha Club, we create every product specifically for you —often with your name or personalized details. Therefore, in accordance with the law, we cannot accept standard returns .

❌ No returns on personalized products

Because our products are custom-made , there is no right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with European law (Article 10, paragraph 8 of the Dutch Distance Selling Act):

“The consumer has no right of cancellation in the case of delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.”

In other words, as soon as we receive your order, we get to work on your unique design – and we cannot resell or reuse it.

✅ When are you allowed to return items?

We do everything we can to deliver your order perfectly. If something does go wrong, we'll fix it, of course.

You can contact us if:

• Your product arrived damaged

• There is a typo or error in the personalization that was not provided by you

• You received something different than you ordered

📸 Please send us a clear photo and your order number  within 5 days of receipt via info@alohaclub.nl and we will provide a suitable solution - such as a free new product or a refund.
